I have never and will never offer Refund Anticipation Loans, which charge outrageous interest rates to issue an advance loan on a refund which will be in the client’s hands in as little as 5-10 days anyway.

Customer service has always been very important to me. I treat each customer with respect and friendship, and complete their tax filings as if I were completing my own family’s return.
