Mary Hofer: Bookkeeping
Mary has been with us since 2007.  She is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, holds an Associate Degree in Finance and has been practicing accounting and bookkeeping for over 28 years.  

Joan Koelbl: Tax Preparer
Joan joined us in 2010 after operating her own tax practice for over 30 years in Trempealeau.  Joan is an Aquinas graduate and also serves on the Trempealeau village board..

Marie Helfrich: Assistant Tax Preparer and Client Services
This is Marie's second year with us.  She graduates from Western Technical College this May with an associates degree in accounting and wants to work on Indivudal Taxes as her profession.  Last year, in addition to helping at CAYATAX, she was a certified volunteer with VITA, preparing tax returns for students and low income taxpayers.

Lisa Caya: Client Services
Lisa has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Personnel and handles our client services, including appointments, file maintenance and electronic filing administration.

Frederick Caya, Enrolled Agent
Fred has been practicing individual tax preparation for over 20 years.  He is an Enrolled Agent, which allows him to practice before the IRS on any tax return (not just CAYATAX returns).  Fred has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.  Fred also has over 10 years experience as a technology specialists, concentrating in network security for financial institutions.
