I am not one of those guys. I won't promise you I can make your tax problem magically disappear. I'm no Roni Deutch.
The truth is solving tax problems takes hard work. It means working within the system to use the available means of relief. You have to make the right argument, based upon your situation. You have to treat the IRS and state employees with respect instead of aggression. I have found that most revenue agents are willing to help, but you have to give them facts and appeals which fit into their abilty to reduce the amount owed. You have to work dilligently and promptly, presenting facts and applying emotion only when appropriate.
I have had a very high rate of success in solving tax problems. I understand the complexity of the issues and how to interact with the IRS on your behalf. As an Enrolled Agent, I can represent you during examinations, audits, collections or tax court, even if I didn't prepare the original return. Only Enrolled Agents, CPA's or Attorneys can perform that level of representation.
Doing nothing will not make the problem go away!
